Garlic Parmesan Roasted Red Potatoes


red potatoes, anywhere between 3-5 lbs, depending on how much you love potatoes
1/2 stick of butter, more or less depending on how much you love butter
1/2 tsp garlic: minced, powder, whatever
1/2 tsp parsley
salt and pepper, lots


Chop yer potates (add a pacifier and 1/2 a baby carrot if you're feeling frisky)
Put them in a greased baking dish.
Melt butter and stir in your garlic, parsley and salt and pepper, pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss them to coat.
Sprinkle the heck out of it with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for about an hour.

After they are cooked through, turn on your broiler and broil them for about 2-3 minutes to make them a little crunchy on the top- unless you don't like that sort of thing, then don't.
