Banana Cream Pie




Ingredients

1 2/3 cups water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked
3 medium bananas, sliced
9" pie crust


How to make this recipe

1 Mix water and cornstarch until smooth.
2 Stir in Eagle Brand milk and egg yolks.
3 Cook until thick in saucepan or microwave.
4 Stir in 2 tablespoons butter.
5 Add vanilla.
6 Cool slightly (stirring occasionally).
7 Pour 1/2 of filling on pie crust.
8 Place sliced bananas on filling.
9 Pour remainder of filling on the sliced bananas.
10 Preheat oven to 400°.
11 Top with meringue and brown in a preheated 400°F oven.
12 Or may top with whipped cream after chilling pie.

Slow Cooked Beef Stew




Ingredients

2 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 bay leaf
¼ cup flour
1 chopped celery stalk
1 chopped onion
4 sliced carrots
4 diced potatoes
1 ½ cups beef broth


How to make this recipe

Set the crock pot on low. In a bowl, mix together the salt, pepper and flour. Add the cubed beef and coat it in this mixture. Once the beef is entirely covered, empty the entire bowl into the crock pot. Add in the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook on either low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours/

Chicken Biscuit Casserole




Ingredients

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chopped onions (if you like )
Green peas
Boiled potatoes
Boiled chicken shredded or chunked
1 package (7.5 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)


How to Make It

Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the soup, milk, cheese and black pepper in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Stir in the vegetables and chicken.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture. Top the chicken mixture with the biscuits.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Cherry Cream Cheese Bake



Ingredients

1 can cherry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tube crescent rolls
1/2 stick of butter
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup granulated sugar


How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish.
Take half of the crescent rolls and lay them out on the bottom of the baking dish.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth.
Once smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla and blend.
Once blended, spoon onto the crescent rolls in baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with can of cherry pie filling.
Top with the last half (4 triangles) of the crescent rolls.
Melt butter and pour on top of crescents.
Top with granulated sugar and bake for 25 minutes or
until browned.

Texas Peanut Butter Sheet Cake



Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup water
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk
Peanut Butter Icing:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
1 (16-oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


How to Make It

Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in a large bowl; set aside. Combine butter, water and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Add to flour mixture and mix well; set aside. Combine eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; add to peanut butter mixture.
Spread batter in a greased 15"x10" jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 28 minutes or until cake springs back when gently touched. Spread Peanut Butter Icing over warm cake and garnish, if desired.
Peanut Butter Icing: Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until spreading consistency.

Southern Fried Chicken Batter



Ingredients

2 beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
4 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cup all-purpose flour


How to Make It

1. Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl.
2. Combine the flour with the garlic salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and paprika in a big plastic bag.
3. Put the chicken in the bag, seal it and shake to coat it.
4. Dip the flour-coated chicken in the egg mixture and again in the flour mixture.
5. Heat the oil in a skillet to 365 degrees F. Brown the chicken on all sides in the hot oil.
6. Turn the heat down to medium low and give the chicken another half an hour or until it is cooked through.
7. Drain it on paper towels and serve.

Chicken Roll Ups



Ingredients

5 boneless chicken breasts
1 c grated mozzarella cheese
1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can full of milk
1 pkg crescent rolls


How to Make It

1 Cook chicken and dice,Mix 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese with the chicken in bowl set aside.
2 Separate and unroll the crescent rolls and place side by side in a 9 by 13 baking dish. put chicken mixture at one end of roll and roll into a cake roll(like a log.
3 Heat soup,milk and the remaining cheese in a saucepan. When warm pour soup mix over the chicken roll. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. NOTE; you can double recipe and put both loafs in the 9by13 pan,

Rice Krispies Roll-ups



Ingredients

¼ cup butter, melted
10½ ounces mini marshmallows
5½ cups Rice Krispies
1½ cups milk chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter


How to Make It

Melt butter in a 6 quart kettle,add marshmallows. Melt completely over low heat. Add the Rice Krispies.
Mix well. Spread evenly into a greased 10½ x 15½ baking sheet. In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Melt at 1 minute intervals until completely melted, stirring after each minute. Spread on top of Rice Krispies mixture. Let set in a cool place till chocolate mixture sets up. Be careful not to let the chocolate get too hard, it will not make a neat roll if you do.
Loosen all around with a metal spatula. Roll, starting on the long side. Sprinkle the roll with seasonal sprinkles if desired. Slice and enjoy! Can be wrapped in Saran Wrap for later, if needed.

Texas Roadhouse's Rolls with Honey Cinnamon Butter



Ingredients

2 cups milk
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup honey
7 1/2 cups flour (up to 1/2 cup more or less), divided
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
Butter
For the Honey Cinnamon Butter:
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


How to Make It

1. Put milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly. (Or you can heat it in the microwave until boiling, about 3 minutes.)
Melt 3 Tbsp of butter in the microwave. Set aside.
2. Combine yeast, warm water and 1 Tablespoon sugar in a mixing bowl. Allow yeast to bubble.
3. Add remaining sugar, honey, milk, and 3 1/2 cups of flour to the yeast mixture. Mix together for a couple of minutes.
4. Add melted butter, eggs and salt; mix well.
5. Add additional flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough begins to separate from the sides. Let rest for a few minutes.
6. Knead dough for about 5 minutes. Add additional flour by the Tablespoon if dough gets sticky, but should be moist. (Don't dry it out.)
7. Remove dough from the bowl and grease the bowl. Return dough to the bowl and turn it over so all sides are covered in grease. Loosely cover bowl with greased plastic wrap. Allow to rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes, depending how warm your house is. (I put mine in the microwave that was warm from heating my milk and butter.)
8. Once the dough has doubled, punch it down to release the air. Empty dough onto a lightly floured work surface. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out till it is about 1/2-inch thick.
Fold the dough in half, so it's now about 1-inch thick, roll over the dough a little bit to seal the two halves together. Cut the dough into approximately 2-inch squares.
9. Place dough onto a greased baking sheet and cover loosely with greased plastic wrap. 10. Allow to double in size again, about 1 hour.
11. Bake at 350*F for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
12. Immediately rub the tops of the rolls with additional butter. Best served warm. Store extras in a zip-top bag.
For the Honey Cinnamon Butter:
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the butter for 30 seconds, or until pale in color. Add the powdered sugar, honey, and cinnamon and beat until well combined, light, and fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately or store, covered, in the fridge for up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Serve the rolls warm with the cinnamon butter.

Easy Big Fat Yeast Rolls recipe



Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. softend butter (or non-dairy equivalent)
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2-4 cups flour

How to Make It



Put water and yeast in large mixing bowl and add next 4 ingredients. Beat with dough hook until well blended. Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour and mix until soft dough forms (should not be sticky). Put out onto floured board and knead a few times until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place approx. 45 minutes. Punch down and turn out onto floured board. Shape into 12 rolls and place in greased 13x9 in. baking pan. Let rise again about 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush tops of rolls with butter (or equivalent).

Spicy Drumsticks




Ingredients

chicken drumsticks (2 lb.)
salt and pepper
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin


DIRECTIONS

Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Put drumsticks in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
Take drumsticks out of the oven and pour sauce mixture over them.
Bake the drumsticks for 30 minutes or until juice run clear. 

5 MINUTE FUDGE




Ingredients

1 2/3 cups sugar 
2/3 cup evaporated milk 
1 Tbs unsalted butter 
1/2 tsp salt 
6 oz chocolate chips 
2 cups mini marshmallows 
1 tsp vanilla 
1 cup chopped walnuts 


How to make this recipe

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chocolate chips and cook until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool cut into squares.

Chicken Bacon Buffalo Ranch Crescent Bake Courtesy




Ingredients

3 boneless chicken breast, boiled and shredded
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 T. bacon grease
1/2 C. diced onion
1/3 C. diced red bell pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1 oz. pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
1 T. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 3/4 C. shredded colby jack cheese
2, 8 oz. rolls crescent dough sheets (I only had one dough sheet and one regular crescent rolls so I just made it work)


How to make this recipe

Heat the leftover bacon grease in a small skillet and saute the onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes to soften. Remove from the heat and set aside. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, onions, peppers and ranch dressing mix. Stir together the butter and hot sauce, add to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the shredded chicken, bacon and 1 C. of the cheese. Combine the mixture very well. Place 1 crescent dough sheet on the bottom of a baking sheet and spread out a little. Top the dough sheet with the chicken mixture, spreading to each edge. Unroll the remaining dough sheet and place over the top, stretching to cover. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, remove and top with remaining cheese and return to the oven long enough to melt. Remove and allow to cool slightly then cut into squares for serving.

Garlic and Lemon Chicken With Potatoes and Green Beans




Ingredients

6 tablespoons olive oil
2 lemons, 1 thinly sliced, 1 juiced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 pound trimmed green beans
8 small red potatoes, quartered
4 chicken breasts (bones left in, with skin, about 3 1/4 pounds)


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a large baking dish or cast-iron skillet with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer in the bottom of the dish or skillet.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper; add the chicken, green beans and potatoes and toss to coat. Pour this mix into the pan and spread around evenly.

Bake for 50 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm. 

Best Poppy Seed Cake Recipe



Ingredients

1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
4 ounces vanilla or lemon instant pudding pack
2 ounces poppy seeds (save some for icing)
4 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup white wine
2 teaspoons vanilla extract


How to Make It

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl, and mix on medium speed for one minute. Stop and scrape down sides of bowl, then beat one more minute.
2. Pour into well greased floured tube pan.
3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes to one hour.
4. Cool in pan for 15 minutes than turn out on serving plate.
Icing:
To make icing, combine powdered sugar & water until a creamy paste if formed, about 1/2 cup worth, add remaining poppy seeds. Spoon over warm bundt cake.

No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie



Ingredients

1 (13 oz.) package chocolate chip cookies (original crunchy, not soft & chewy) ~ I use Chips Ahoy!
1 (9 oz.) prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip


How to Make It

Set aside 2 chocolate chip cookies to crumble on top of the pie.
Place milk in a measuring cup. Dunk 8 cookies, one at a time, in the milk and place in a single layer in the bottom of the graham cracker crust. (Dunk each cookie quickly or it will absorb too much milk and crumble apart on you.) Spread 1/3 of the Cool Whip evenly over the cookies.
Dip 10 or 11 cookies, one at a time, in the milk and place in a single layer over the Cool Whip layer. Spread 1/3 of the Cool Whip evenly over the cookies. Repeat to create one more layer of cookies and one more layer of Cool Whip.
Crumble the reserved 2 cookies and sprinkle on top of the pie. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours before serving.

NO-BAKE SNICKERS PIE



Ingredients

1 Oreo cookie pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese
1/2 cup dulce de leche
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) package Cool Whip
3 Snickers candy bars, chopped
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Melted chocolate, for drizzling (optional)


How to Make It

Spread 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche on the bottom of the pie prepared pie crust (fully cooled if homemade). Sprinkle half of the chopped peanuts and 1 of the chopped Snickers bars over the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
In a large bowl, beat 1/4 cup of the dulce de leche with the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add in the thawed Cool Whip and beat mixture until creamy and fluffy, scraping the sides as needed to ensure everything is fully incorporated. Fold in 1 chopped Snickers bar.
Pour filling into crust, evening out the top with a knife or spatula. Dollop the remaining 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche around the top of the pie and swirl in with a knife. Top with remaining peanuts and chopped Snickers. If desired, drizzle the top of your pie with melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!

Blueberry Streusel Bread



Ingredients

Streusel Topping
3 T organic sugar
3 T organic brown sugar
⅓ cup organic unbleached flour
5 T melted organic butter
zest from 1 lemon
Bread
2 cups fresh blueberries
1⅛ cups plus 1 teaspoon organic sugar
1 tablespoon water
2½ cups unbleached organic flour
2½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon table salt
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted organic butter, melted & cooled slightly
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract


How to Make It

Preheat oven to 425. Spray bread pan with nonstick spray.
Bring 1 cup blueberries, water, and 1 teaspoon sugar to simmer in small saucepan over medium heat. As it heats up mash your blueberries with a potato masher. They will break down and thicken as you cook them. It should reduce by about half. It will take about 5 minutes or so. Remove from heat and place in a bowl and put aside to cool while you prepare the rest of the recipe.
In a large bowl take flour, baking powder, and salt together and mix together with a whisk. Take remaining sugar and eggs and whisk together in medium bowl until thick and well mixed. Slowly mix in butter and oil until combined. Whisk in buttermilk and vanilla. Using a rubber spatula, fold egg mixture and remaining cup blueberries into flour mixture. Remember that with breads you don't want to mix a lot. Fold over just enough to combine ingredients. It's okay if there are lumps.
Take half the batter and place in the bottom of the bread pan (see picture above). Spoon the cooked berry mixture into center of the batter but don't let it touch the sides. Pour remaining batter over the mixture. Sprinkle lemon streusel mix over batter.
Bake until top is golden. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes and then reduce to 350 until cake tester pulls clean. (I checked in 10 minute increments) Once pulled clean let sit for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack and let cool. To store wrap in tin foil and keep refrigerated.

PEANUT BUTTER CAKE WITH PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING



Ingredients

2 & 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 CUPS LIGHT BROWN SUGAR (packed)
1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1/2 CUP BUTTER (room temperature)
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 & 1/4 CUPS MILK
2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT
3 EGGS


How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350 and grease and flour a 10 x 15 cake pan. In a large bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients with an electric mixer; blend at low speed until crumbly. Add the next 5 ingredients and blend at low speed until everything is wet, then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan and bake, in the middle of your oven, for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
Let the cake cool (in the pan) for 10 minutes, then spread the frosting on the hot cake (recipe follows) and sprinkle one cup of mini-chocolate chips over the frosting.
PEANUT BUTTER-HONEY FROSTING
1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER + 2 TABLESPOONS HONEY + 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT + 2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR + 4 to 5 TABLESPOONS MILK
Warm the peanut butter and honey in the microwave just until it gets soft and easy to stir, then add everything else and beat until smooth. Spread over hot cake and sprinkle with one cup of mini-chocolate chips.

Bacon Swirls



Ingredients

1 can(s) crescent rolls, 8 oz
2 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp minced onions
1 to 2 tsp. milk


How to Make It

Unroll crescent roll dough and seperate into 4 rectangles. Press performations to seal. Mix together cream cheese, crumbled bacon, minced onions and milk (may need to add more milk so mixture will spread easily.) SPread on rectangles. Roll up, jelly roll style, starting at long side. Press edges to seal. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Place on ungreased baking sheet. SPrinkle swirls evenly with Parmesean cheese. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes, or until brown.

loaded mashed potatoes



Ingredients

5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter
Salt/Pepper to taste
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 green onions, sliced


How to Make It

Boil potatoes in a large pot/dutch oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain water and place potatoes in a large bowl. Add the sour cream, milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Beat on medium speed with a mixer until fluffy. Stir in 2 cups of cheese, bacon, and green onion. Transfer mixture to a greased 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining one cup of cheese and top. Place in a preheated oven, 350, and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 14 *You can cut dish in half if making for less people

Crock Pot Northern



Ingredients

1 - 16 oz package dried northern beans 3 -4 meaty ham hock shank or meaty ham bone (about 1 1/2 lbs) 1 - small onion diced water enough to cover beans salt & pepper to taste 1/3 - cup light brown sugar


How to Make It

First step to prepaere this delecious recipe si to sort the beans for any pebbles & the rinse beans under cold water.
Second step :Now after all that you need to add the rinsed beans onion salt pepper & ham shanks hocks or ham (chopped into big chunks) into the crock pot.AFter allthat be sur to add water to cover the beans 2 inches. (between 6 to 8 cups)
Step 3 : In this step you need to cover & cook using low high the first 2 hs next turn to low & keep cooking between 4 to 5 hs or till beans are tender. Next move out the ham shanks or hocks & pull off all of the meat.
Step 4 : Finally step Now in this step you need to return the meat to the crock pot then add the brown sugar. so for me i remove about a cup of the juice before adding the brown sugar. It depends on how thick or thin you want the beans. Next and lightly combine to mix . Ladle in to bowls serve and enjoye !.

Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps



Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (I used a little more to taste)
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
pepper and salt to taste
5 flour tortillas (the larger ones)
shredded cheddar cheese
sliced tomatoes
yellow mustard


How to Make It

Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried onion, and salt and pepper to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese down center of each tortilla. Add a few heaping tablespoons of the beef mixture on top of the cheese. Spread some mustard on top of the beef along with some slices of tomato. Roll up tortilla burrito-style and place wraps on preheated indoor grill (I used my George Foreman).
Grill wraps for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Cut on a diagonal and serve immediately!

How to Make It

First step to prepare this amazing recipe is to combine 2 eggs & the 2 cups of peanut butter. ( you need to use an electric mixer ) .
Second step : Now you need to take the mixed in your hand, use your hands and roll till it has become a smooth ( size of ping pong boll ) now you need to put it on the baking tray with some non stick baking paper.and then use a fork to flatten the pong shaped cookies
Step 3 : After all that you need to preheat oven between 5 to 6 mins, and next put the cookies in your oven for about 185 C between 15 to 20 mins (till the cookies are nice and firm) . One time you move them out let them cool 10 mins.

Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls



Ingredients

Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls Recipe
•1 large head cabbage
•1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
•3/4 cup quick-cooking rice
•1/2 cup chopped green pepper
•1/2 cup crushed saltines (about 15 crackers)
•1 egg, lightly beaten
•1 ounce onion soup mix
•1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
•1 can (46 ounces) V8 juice
•Salt to taste
•Grated Parmesan cheese, optional


How to Make It

•Cook cabbage in boiling water just until leaves fall off head. Set aside 12 large leaves for rolls; drain well. (Refrigerate remaining cabbage for another use.) Cut out the thick vein from the bottom of each reserved leaf, making a V-shaped cut; set aside.
•In a large bowl, combine the tomato sauce, rice, green pepper, cracker crumbs, egg and soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
•Place about 1/3 cup meat mixture on each cabbage leaf; overlap cut ends of leaf. Fold in sides, beginning from the cut end. Roll up completely to enclose filling. Secure with toothpicks if desired.
•Place cabbage rolls in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Pour V8 juice over rolls. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until filling reaches 160°. Just before serving, sprinkle with salt and cheese if desired
